The Law Library
The Law Library is located in the retail arcade in the main lobby of 60 East 42nd Street. It is for the exclusive use of 60 East 42nd Street tenants. It contains more than 15,000 volumes and offers a newly expanded 10,000 volume Federal and State Law and accounting library as well as high-speed Internet access. There is no charge for tenants to use the Law Library.

The Conference Room
 Also located in the retail arcade is a conference center. This state-of-the-art meeting facility is exclusively for 60 East 42nd Street tenants use. This facility is ideal for hosting gatherings up to 25 people, or presentations requiring audio-visual aids. Rates are $250 for half a day or $450 for a full day. From 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., the conference center may be rented for a rate of $125.00 per hour. Tenants wishing to reserve the conference center should contact the Building Management Office.

The Concierge/ Security Desk
The Concierge/ Security Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. In addition to monitoring the closed circuit security cameras and the fire emergency system, maintaining the visitor log, directing visitors and couriers to your office, the Concierge operates the desk for " lost and found" items. In addition to the security provided by the Concierge, access to each of the elevator banks is through the manned security turnstiles.

 60 East 42nd Street Coffee Shop is located in the main lobby near the 41st Street entrance. The coffee shop is open 5 days a week, from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with a full selection of breakfast and lunch offerings.

60 East 42nd Street retail arcade provides our tenants with in-house personal and business conveniences. For banking needs we have JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America. For "on the go" transactions, there are ATMs right off the lobby. Charles Schwab has an office here for all your brokerage needs as well. The Gateway newsstand is chock full of all publications and sundry items. The Celtic Crossroads gift shop selling clothing, gifts and books. Other stores in the retail arcade inlcude a hair salon for men and women, a shoe shine and repair, a shoe store for men and women, a copy and printing center, and office machines and computer center for sales and repairs.
